Founded in 1491, The Staatskapelle Weimar is the oldest orchestra in Germany. Its history is closely associated to some of the world’s best known musicians and works, including Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Liszt, and Richard Strauss. Please join us as we welcome esteemed Ukrainian conductor Kirill Karabits and the Staatskapelle Weimar on their first appearance in Connecticut, and first North American tour.
