Together with the Town of Mansfield, the Mansfield Downtown Partnership will host free, Halloween fun in Downtown Storrs!

This event is free and open to all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

ROAD CLOSURES:

To accommodate the event, the following roads will be closed from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM:

  • Wilbur Cross Way from Elsie Marsh Way to Royce Circle

  • West Access Road (behind Kathmandu Kitchen & Bar)

  • Royce Circle from Wilbur Cross Way to Dog Lane

  • Dog Lane from Storrs Road to Royce Circle

  • Bolton Road Ext.

PARKING OPTIONS:

Parking will be available in the Downtown Storrs Parking Garage (33 Royce Circle), which is free for your first 2 hours and just $1/hour thereafter.

To access the garage during the event, follow Charles Smith Way to Wilbur Cross Way then Elsie Marsh Way to Royce Circle.

Additional, free parking will be available in the Dog Lane Lot, at Mansfield Town Hall, and at the Mansfield Community Center.

Public restrooms are located in the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center (23 Royce Circle)
