TWO PERFORMANCES: FRIDAY, APRIL 6 at 7:30 PM and SUNDAY, APRIL 8 at 3:00 PM

UConn Opera presents a double bill of love and loyalty, devotion and salvation, with Puccini’s one-act drama Suor Angelica, and Offenbach’s comic operetta, Le mariage aux lanternes (The Wedding Lanterns). Featuring a superb cast of students and alumni, Suor Angelica will be sung in Italian, and Le mariage aux lanternes will be sung in French with English dialogue. Both feature projected English super-titles.
