Hands Touching Hearts: Medals For Our Active Duty Military

Hands Touching Hearts is a global outreach effort developed by Vernon artist Ann M. Cosgrove. The program gives Americans of all ages the opportunity to create medals of appreciation for members of the military. Medals are given out at military bases and healthcare facilities. No artistic skills required to participate...just a heartfelt desire to say “thank you” to our service members.
