Violinist Solomiya Ivakhiv is praised for her “crystal clear and noble sound” (Culture and Life, Ukraine) and acclaimed for her “distinctive charm and subtle profundity” (Daily Freeman, New York). She is celebrated as a soloist, recitalist and chamber music collaborator, as a champion of new music and as a dedicated educator.

Cellist Sophie Shao, winner of the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant and top prizes at the Rostropovich and Tchaikovsky competitions, is a versatile and passionate artist whose performances the New York Times has noted as “eloquent, powerful” and the Washington Post called “deeply satisfying.” Shao has appeared as soloist to critical acclaim throughout the United States: the Smith Center in Las Vegas, Lied Center in Lincoln, Segerstrom Hall in Costa Mesa, California, the Palladium in Carmel, Indiana, the Walter Reade Theater and Rose Studio at Lincoln Center.

Louis Hanzlik is an internationally recognized, Grammy Award-winning trumpeter, chamber musician, and educator. A member of the renowned Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and American Brass Quintet (hailed by Newsweek as the “high priests of brass”), Hanzlik has performed throughout Asia, Australia, North America, South America, and Europe.

Eric Reed is an internationally-recognized horn player, chamber musician, and educator. He is a member of the American Brass Quintet and serves on the horn and chamber music faculty of The Juilliard School.

Pianist Tanya Bannister, winner of the Concert Artists Guild International Competition and the New Orleans International Piano Competition, is among the leading pianists of her generation. As a renowned soloist and chamber musician, she is passionate about contemporary music and has performed in the world’s greatest concert halls, including Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Tokyo’s Nikkei Hall, London’s Queen Elizabeth and Wigmore Halls, and The Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
